The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia met with representatives of the Armenian community in Poland

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, met with representatives of the Armenian community in Poland at the National Library of Poland. The meeting brought together artists and cultural figures, heads of Armenian educational and cultural organizations operating in Poland, as well as directors of one-day Armenian schools.

During the discussion, participants expressed interest in the ongoing reforms and new initiatives being implemented in Armenia’s education and culture sectors. Minister Andreasyan presented a new initiative of the Ministry titled “Armenian for Non-Armenian Speakers: Armenian Language Teaching, Testing and Assessment System.” The program aims to promote the Armenian language internationally and strengthen the global recognition and positioning of Armenian culture.

Ambassador of Armenia to Poland Alexander Arzoumanian addressed the expanding agenda of Armenian-Polish cultural cooperation, highlighting current programs and outlining future prospects for collaboration.

The meeting was jointly organized with Diana Hovakimyan, Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in Poland.
