The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan arrived to the Pepublic of Poland on two-day working visit

September 29, 2011 the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has arrived in Warsaw, the capital of the Republic of Poland on a two-day working visit for the purpose of participation at the Eastern Partnership Summit.
On the same day in the evening, the President of RA met with the Prime Minister of Finland Jyrki Katainen and the Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
September 30,2011 the President of RA participated at the Eastern Partnership Summit where has made а Statement. Particularly Mr. Sargsyan said: ,,Unresolved conflicts must receive their just and lasting resolution. We continue to adhere to the peaceful resolution of the NK conflict in the framework of the peace process conducted by the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. For Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh physical security of the people and their right to master their own destiny is the key to the resolution of the conflict. The people of Nagorno Karabakh are no less Europeans than any of us. They put great effort in developing their institutions in accordance with the values which we declare universal and it is, undoubtedly, deserves attention and assistance,,.
After the Summit the President of the Republic of Armenia met with the EU High Commissioner for Foreign Relations and Security Issues Catherine Ashton. The Parties discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to the Armenia-EU cooperation. They also discussed the process of negotiations on the Association Agreement.
