Ceremony dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide

On April 24th, at the Armenian Park in Warsaw, with the presence of the soldiers of Warsaw Garrison Command the Embassy of Armenia to Poland organized a ceremony dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide commemorating the memory of innocent victims.
 
In his remarks, Ambassador Alexander Arzoumanian emphasized the importance of the consistent struggle of the Armenian people to exclude the recurrence of genocides and to prevent such crimes.
 
The spiritual pastor of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Poland, Rev. Fr. Minas Hakhverdyan and the spiritual pastor of the Armenian Catholic Church of Poland, Rev. Józef Naumowicz, offered a joint intercessory prayer in memory of the innocent martyrs of the Genocide, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony.
