An expanded delegation meeting was held between the RA Minister of Defense and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Poland

A one-on-one meeting between the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense of Poland, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, was followed by an expanded meeting with the participation of their delegations.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the current level of cooperation, emphasizing that it is being effectively implemented in accordance with the 2026 bilateral plan signed between the defense ministries of the two countries.

Military education, exchange of experience, and participation in joint exercises were identified as priority areas for further cooperation.

The importance of implementing military-technical cooperation within the framework of the agreement signed in February of this year was also discussed.

The ministers agreed to continue discussions in Yerevan. Suren Papikyan invited Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz to visit Armenia.

An agreement was also reached to open a defense attaché office at the Embassy of Armenia in Warsaw in the near future.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on regional and international security issues.
