Meeting of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland

On September 9-10, 2021 the delegation headed by the President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan, consisting of Judges Ashot Khachatryan, Edgar Shatiryan, and Assistant to the President of the Constitutional Court Armenak Minasyants, paid a working visit to Warsaw to participate in the works of an international conference on the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the Polish Constitution. After the summing up of the conference, the President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan had tete-a-tete talks with the President of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland Julia Przyłębska. During the meeting held on September 9, the President of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland thanked Arman Dilanyan for accepting the invitation and paying a working visit to Warsaw, adding that the Polish Constitutional Tribunal attaches importance to the development of friendly relations with the Constitutional Court of Armenia. Arman Dilanyan, in his turn, thanked Julia Przyłębska for the warm hospitality and congratulated her on the 230th anniversary of the adoption of the Polish Constitution. The President of the Constitutional Court praised the continuous development and expansion of bilateral and multilateral cooperation with the Polish Constitutional Tribunal. Afterward, Arman Dilanyan and Julia Przyłębska continued the discussion in an expanded format, referring to the closer Armenian-Polish inter-judicial ties and the judicial practice of the bodies exercising constitutional control. At the end of the meeting, Arman Dilanyan invited Julia Przyłębska to pay a reciprocal visit to Yerevan.
